  • The Ice Conveyor is an Automatic Ice Making, Storage and Delivery System.
  • The ice conveyor system includes production and automatic storage, exterior delivery, weighing which are available for customers to choose from.
  • According to the model, climate and water supply, there are 3 ways for cooling which are by wind, water and vapor.
  • The ice is automatically moved by spiral or rakes based on the storage capacity. Spiral is suitable for small amounts and rakes are much more suitable for a large amount.
  • The automatic exterior delivery is fulfilled by wind blow or spiral. Wind blow is for long-range while spiral is for short-range.
  • Automatic weighing is an option for a customer who needs quantitative delivery.

Structure and Principle of the Ice Conveyor

ICENICE has two ice conveyor systems, ice screw conveyor and racked Ice delivery system. Their structure and the working principle will be explained in detail below.

 

Ice Screw Conveyor System

The ice delivery is fulfilled by wind blow or spiral.

Refrigeration equipment could be attached to wind blow the ice in long-range bu cold wind.

The spiral way is for the short-range.

Tap valve could be attached for multiple delivery and the weighing hopper could be used for quantitative supply.

So the ice delivery could be supply the ice on spot, on time and inaccurate quantity.

 

Automatic spiral ice storage and delivery system are widely used for hydropower, nuclear power and important concrete works for bridge-building, etc.

Storage capacity is increased to a space size of 48m3 with 20 tons of ice storage.

High device security and low failure rate guarantee high reliability in continuous work.

System control nodes are reduced for easier operation.

Tracked Ice Conveyor System

Features:

  • Double layers insulation keeps the interior temperature about -10℃;
  • The overall movement of ice inside the ice banks, continuous ice;
  • There is no accumulation of ice at the bottom of the ice bank, no strong freezing;
  • Good drainage system to keep ice storage stable for a long time;
  • The main structure is made for zinc-plated antirust steel. Lubricating oil for axle meets the standards of FDA and USDA.
